Arrival/Check in

Our regular check-in times are from 14:00-18:00 o´clock. We can offer you an early check-in or late check-out time if it is needed.

Adapter

We are pleased to offer you our adapters at the reception.

Airport transfer

Our trusted taxi company is the Taxi Green Cabs, which can be reached at +43 5522 38700. However, you can also contact the reception.

 

Bus

The next bus station is on the main street. (3 min. walking distance)

Bar

You can find the bar on the ground floor. The bar is daily open from 10:00-24:00 o´clock.

Breakfast

We offer our breakfast buffet daily from 07:00-10:00 o´clock at our restaurant.

When the weather is nice you can sit outside on the patio.

Breakfast in the room

On request we will serve you breakfast in your room - please order your wishes the day before until 21:00 o´clock.

Baby bed

Gladly we can put a baby bed in your room. Please contact our reception.

We accept the following credit cards: Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Diners Club

all countries and debit cards (only Austria, Germany, Netherlands)

You can get informations of close by doctors and their open hours at the reception. in Emergency please call 144.

All outlets are at 220 Voltage.

Electric car

In our garage you can find a charging station for your car. 

Flowers

he closest florist is in downtown Feldkirch. You can also have the reception order flowers for you.

Fire alarm

Please note the instructions and the escape route plan in your room. The signage on the corridor leads you the emergency exits. 

In case of fire please DO NOT use elevators.

 

 

Hotel entrance

If you´re coming back to the hotel at a late hour, you can enter the hotel at every time with your room key.

 

 

Iron

on special request the ironing service is taken over by our housekeeping. In your room you can find a laundry bag, you can leave it at the reception. 

Internet

We´re offering free wi-fi. The network is called "Montfort Public". You don´t need a password. With a short "yes, I agree" - click on our terms of use you can chat quickly.

 

 

Lost and found

Our housekeeping is keeping all the lost items. However, the hotel takes no liability for left or not found objects.

 

Minibar

The minibar is refilled daily. Please note all you consumation on the billing form (you can find it next to the minibar) and return it to the reception.

Pharmacy

The next pharmacy is only a few minutes away, we can give you the directions a the reception. 

In Emergency please call 144.

Post stamps

you can get them at the reception. We can take your mail to the local post office.

Parking garage

We´re pleased to reserve a parking spot in our garage. The cost is € 11,00 per night. 

Pets

Your litle loved ones are welcome at our hotel, free of charge.

 

Radio

Is built into the TV and can be activated with the remote.

Restaurant

Our open hours are:

11:30-14:00 o´clock - Lunch

18:00-21:30 o´clock - Dinner

The reception will take your table reservation.

Due to the lockdown, our restaurant is expected to remain closed until 13.12.

For the room service we charge an additional € 5,00.
